The "winner" of Dean's $40k offering of this GB card is also bidding on this one....is this bidder trying to corner the Reiser GB market or did the deal with Dean's "fall through"?

See that was something I was unclear about. I thought the Dean's card subsequently was relisted, like there was an error or something with that original BIN.

Very close, Brian. I actually thought it would sell for more than that, but it does give a pretty good indication what a higher graded card will go for, if one or more is out there?

PSA 8 sold for about $7,500 (after the auction house premium) a few years back.

And that was the single highest graded Grey back of any player at the time. (Haven't checked recently - it still may be).

An 8, based on what the 1.5 went for, would be $20-$30K, if not more?
