need grade on this card? from a lurker-help

Have been lurking on this board for awhile,I have gained a wealth of knowledge,in my gwest for vintage chicago cubs cards.what would this card grade.I put it at sgc 20 with some marks ,my grading skills suck.any help fine tuning my grading skills is appreciated

I can't tell from your scan are there any creases? If not then you are looking at a psa 3 or maybe a 4 with a MK qualifier. I don't know how much SGC will mark it down for the marks.

What are all of the Qualifiers. I know OC is off Center. What else are they, and what do they mean.

OC - Off Center
MC - MisCut
ST - Staining
PD - Print Defect
OF - Out of Focus
