Default Help Identifying Oddball Campy Item

Just picked this up as part of a lot and can't seem to figure out what this is.

Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.

5X7 on thickish stock

Wheaties premium. 1955; mislabeled 1951 by the catalogers and TPGs.

The "A" series number in bottom right corner is the giveaway. Adam is correct about the dates in his post.
