Default Marathon Bat Model 4376 help/questions

I am thinking about selling it and am wondering what a good price would be. Would also like any additional info you might have. Thanks

This is what i have found out about it.
Made before 1921 because by then the 4376 "Professional" model was changed to "Big League" model. I think they just stamped "League" on the barrel for that model from the little I could find.

The bat perfectly matches the advertisement from 1916.

It is 33" long and now weighs exactly 35.2 ounces.

I believe Hillerich & Bradsby made them at that time for Marathon(Montgomery Ward).

What ever the 3 letters stamped into the bat knob is also stamped between the stripes at the top of the logo. G.I.P. is what it looks like to me.

I only found a couple bats that are even close to the same era/model. They were in worse shape and sold for $70-$190.

Marathon aren't really desirable. IMO , probably a 20's bat . 50-75 is probably realistic for it .

I think Matt is exactly right...
Maybe $80.00 or a bit more at the high end.
