Default Is this bat anything special?

Cleaning out a friends garage I got this for my troubles. Any info on it? Is it worth something or does my son have a new practice bat?

I used a Regent when I was a kid, different logo, and only a 28. A friend of mine broke it when he hit a wallafter striking out in stickball (which wasn't exactly stickball since we used real bats and tennis balls. )

With the different logo I'd guess sometime before or after mid 1970's

I have no idea if they're unusual enough to be hard to find or anything.

Default Garage Find

If your son likes it, it's worth a lot. Keep it, take pictures of him with it, and it will become more valuable to you as time goes on.
