Default goodwin cabinet card??.....

hi everyone,
i would like some opinions on the authenticity of this cards

never a big fan of perfectly rounded corners and no other damage, but I'm no expert on these.

EDIT: And to prove the worthlessness of my opinion, were these issued with rounded corners? they look so perfectly rounded that may be an explanation.

The first observation is that the advertising has been trimmed at bottom but the remaining mount is no good either. So the mount is not authentic, the picture probably isn't either. Is it a photo that is glued to the mount? Is it pixelated?
