Default HELP identifying these cards?

Hello all.
I have 2 cards I cannot identify. One is just a 1959 Topps, but has a blank back, and I have never seen that before.

The other seems to be an older strip card. I cannot find any reference to it on the web. Thanks

one is a blank back topps, they happen. The other is a cut out of a 4 in 1 Exhibit, I believe.

4 in one exhibit cards are in general not worth much after being cut apart but still fun to collect. I had some that I gifted to another collector a while back.
