Default Rare T206 Demmitt & O'Hara for sale

Posted By: Ted Zanidakis

This is my 1st B/S/T post, so bear with me.

My Demmitt (St. Louis) and O'Hara (St Louis) are for sale.

They are both Vg, ungraded at this point; however, I am
going to get them graded at the March (3-5th) Philly Show.

Pictures of these two cards are forthcoming in this Thread.

A more specific description is.....

Demmitt has a faint crease from the center of the bottom
edge to his belt line. The Polar Bear back is very clean.
I think it should Grade 3, or perhaps, a 4.
I will accept the best offer.

The O'Hara has a horizontal crease across the card just
below his shoulders. The Polar Bear back is clean.
It's hard to tell what it will grade. I will take the best
offer.

Here is a closer look at the Demmitt card. This photo is sort
of "grainy"; but the actual card is not.

However, I am only interested in selling these two cards.

When I first posted these two cards there was lots of interest.
However, no takers. So, I am taking them to the Philly Show this
Friday.

If anyone is still interested, do contact me before then.

I went over to GAI with 40 T206 cards (Fri) to get their $5 "preview".
All cards were previewed; however, I only let them grade 1/2 of them
(4.5 to 6 graded ones). These two were not in this 1st batch. When, I
went back Sat (1 PM) to pick-up the 20 graded ones they were not done
as GAI had a problem with their encapsulating gizmo. I was "ticked" at
that point. The show was very, very busy for me and I never got around
to even getting a preview on these two cards.

I was getting a huge number of inquiries and even a couple of serious
offers on them; but, that is still no excuse for not getting around to
submitting thes two cards for at least a preview. For sure, I will have
these two cards graded at the May Show in Philly (if I still have them).
