Don't know what this is, but I have a few Tuxedo pieces of Matty and thought this was pretty cool, just don't know what it is or whatever. I do have a 7 day return privilege so c'mon gang, help me out here

Hi-
I believe what you purchased is a cutout from a magazine or newspaper ad for Tuxedo Tobacco. I believe someone pasted the cutout on old card stock. I have seen ones similar to this before. I could also be completely off base on this one. If I am right I hope there are no issues getting your money back. Alan
