That is a lot. Don't remember his eBay ID anymore, I posted it on here a couple years ago. A guy from Japan had a few thousand bid retractions.

I had an item up for auction starting at a penny. The first bidder promptly retracted their bid. Here is their bidding history:

30-Day Summary
Total bids: 282
Items bid on: 192
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 0%
Bid retractions: 19
Bid retractions (6 months): 169

I blocked them and moved on.
