This is the only one I have that pictures him with the Indians. There's another pinback that, I think, features him with a Negro League team (or maybe the Browns, I don't remember) that's fairly common, but I don't have one.

This one measures 1.25 inches in diameter.

Here's another.... maybe the one Rob referenced.

Browns? Negro League? Fantasy Piece? I think it's legit, but also not sure which team it depicts him on.

That's the one I was thinking of. I've seen it described in a couple of auction catalogs as portraying Paige with a Negro League team. Take that for what it's worth.
