Default 1956 Duke Snider Rawlings Glove card?

I'm hoping a glove collector can identify this for me. It was labeled as 1956 Rawlings. The previous owner sent it to PSA, but it was returned "No Spec Info" which I assume means they didn't know what it was. It measures 5 5/8" x 2 7/8" (it's in a postcard toploader) with a blank back. I'm guessing it was either a box insert or part of the box itself and cut out. Or maybe fake, who knows. Are there any glove collectors out there that can identify it? Thanks for your help!

With the very tight cut at the bottom it looks like it was cut from some type of advertisement. It doesn't have any kind of hole in it for it to be a tag of some kind, which I have seen in other instances. Good luck...

No paper layer, it's printed directly on the cardboard. I just put a 50's Topps card up to it and it's the exact same thickness.

Ok, thanks. I'm not worried about value, just trying to identify it. If anybody has the original ad or box it came from please post a pic. Thanks!
