Default 52 Bowman Mantle Opinions

Looking for some opinions from the experts here before I shell out the cash to finish my 52 Bowmans. With all the counterfeit cards out there, it's getting tougher and tougher to go for a raw card. Thanks for helping a Net54 rookie.

FYI, for future reference, we do have a separate section for post WWII baseball cards. Nice card and welcome to the forum.

others can opine on authenticity.... nothing bad jumps out at me but I am not really a 1952 Bowman guy.....and it's usually hard to be 100% from a scan anyway....

No problem with that one. would be hard to replicate the wax stain across the top like that also.

Ditto. Sellers of raw cards usually tend to overprice their items, sometimes substantially. You might be able to find a low grade one for less and just crack it out.

Almost done with that set and still need the Mantle. That's a legit card IMO.

It'd be hard to fake the perfect wax on the back. I'm not knocking the card as almost all 52B's have wax stains
