Default These type of listings make me laugh

Here's a good one. A Ruth autograph with a COA from Memorable Moments. Listing indicates that it has a lifetime guarantee but then states that the buyer only has 15 days to return for a refund. Does the seller really think that Memorable Moments would pay any money back if this was deemed not authentic?

I'm not a autograph expert, but I've seen enough legit sigs and used to have fun with greedy dealers creating my own ballpoint signed Ruth balls to have a good feel for the sig and the 'Ruth' part doesn't look right. Especially the 'h'. Just my 2 cents worth as a non-expert.

I've seen plenty of dealers buy autographed stuff on ebay from "0" feedback sellers and then re-sell with their own guarantee of authenticity. I've read that over 90% of autographs sold on ebay are fake - I believe it.

90%?

So does that mean Drcycleback is the only legit seller on ebay and people should only buy from him?

Ive seen Davids chicken scratch so i know he could never forge a signature, but it is strange that some of the stuff ive bought from him have little dog foot prints on them
