Default Yet another T206 Anderson oddity?: Period Placement

Hey all,
Was looking through my collection today and I noticed this dot on my t206 Anderson card. For a second I didn't know what it was, but it appears to be a period that is misplaced. Maybe I'm wrong, but who knows. Here's a scan.

Hey Waz! Good catch if it's really a printed period. Do you have a hi power hand loupe? Is it brownish in color like the letters? Can you scan it? Dave. ps also there is another little dot up on his sleeve?

Hey David, did catch the one on the arm. Sorry for the bad photos, I will have better ones tomorrow. It is a brownish color though! Who knows?

Nice catch!

Ink can spatter a bit, so now the challenge is to find another with the exact same marks. Since Ink won't spatter identically another with the same marks would confirm it as a plate variety.

Finding a second can be a long but fun chase, or like it often happens to me with stamps, I look for a variety for a year, then find two at the same time.
