Default Fred Hofmann FOTOGRAMS

I just picked up this item on eBay. Originally it was a Conlon image but looks like some kind of secondary print or early reproduction. Credit on reverse is FOTOGRAMS New York City. Anybody shed some light on this for me?

I recently purchased a Ruth photo from Henry Yee on ebay that also is Fotograms. There is a little info on them in Henry's post. I was hoping to find out more about them but so far my searches really haven't turned anything up.
