Great stuff guys. Threads like this are definately the best, at least in my opinion.
No bitching, no name calling, no acting like 5 year olds. Kind of nice.

Keep 'em coming.

Default Sharing collections...

My collection is here:
http://www.collectorfocus.com/collec...stopher_herman
I'm currently actively trying to complete the W515-2 and W514 strip card sets and then I'll get back to focusing hardcore on The Monster (Sweet Cap backs only; PSA 2-3-4 & SGC 30-40-50 range).
I have a nice complete (sub)set of T218 boxers (which I decided to hang onto since I love the poses and colors) and am passively working on the W580 boxing strip cards as well.
Thanks to everyone else for sharing and good luck all.
--Christopher.

That's a great collection, Phil! However, I have to ask, what is that Ruth collectible that you have? I have never seen it before. Thanks!

Thanks, Gary & Ricky.

The Ruth - Boston Red Sox image is actually the back cover of a 1915 Game 6 World Series Program. There are actually 2 Boston Red Sox team photos in the program with Ruth pictured in both. There is also a Philadelphia (NL) team photo including a young GCA and rookie-year Dave Bancroft.

The Willard Brown piece also pictures Hilton Smith & Buck O'Neill as well.

Great thread. I keep my small T206 collection on my profile page under "album".....let's see if the link works:

Pick ups have been very slow for me, I hope to be able to add some new stuff soon.

Sincerely, Clayton

Default How to start such a site?

Your sites are all very nice. Unfortunately, I do not have the tech knowledge to get together a site showing all I own. Can anyone give some pointers on how to start such a site? Or suggest some easy reading on how to do it myself?

Default Chris, Thanks

Chris, thanks for link, looks kind of easy.

But question - I just tossed this idea to my wife and she was skeptical of the safety angle - showing so much value thru internet for anyone to see. Any chance a real smart unlawful type could hack in and get info on where you live? Possibly be able to make burglary attempt? (even though 90% of all my cards are in safe deposit box, burgler doesn't know that)

Thanks, Phil. That's a great item. I'm going to have to start looking for one of those programs myself!

Just set this up. Trying to figure out how to organize it better and how to get good photos of autographed balls up there, but I've been meaning to do this for a while now.
