Default Brockelman Auctions Wins

Congrats to Scott on putting out another great auction last night! I know the Zeenuts were in the spotlight, but what else did members pickup? I was thrilled to win lot #26 C.1910 postcard with the negro bat boy/equipment manager.

Like to hear what fellow members added to their collections?

Default Mr. Hockey

I won the 1963-64 Parkhurst Hockey #55 Gordie Howe SGC 35 with the American Flag, i've been after that card for years. He played with the Hartford Whalers with his sons.

Don't even know what it is exactly. Some type of small lithograph.

Without a doubt this is the nicest Sisler I have ever seen. No wild looking "red face" on this one.

Thanks Scott!

Default Ramlys

I purchased three t204s at what I thought were very fair prices. I love his auctions for their depth and quality. If I had not realized how much I was spending on Valentine's day there were several more lots I probably would have bid on.

Default Got one

Snuck this one through:

How or what it adds to my collection I have no idea--just got caught up in the frenzy.

Very happy to bring this one "home" (E125s were printed in my hometown of Lowell.)

Picked up two 1911 Zeenuts, Christian and Meikle. Brings me to a total of five.

It was just last year that I first saw one in an SGC holder. Immediate, "Wow!" Love the different uniforms.

Hey Jason...A Shoeless Devore!
I love it...

Regarding the 1911 Zeenuts, that sure was a great collection offered up.
I agree that SGC holders just make them pop!
I almost went for one just because...

Tough card Bob! That is probably the nicest example I have ever seen of that particular card. I was happy to upgrade my Heitmuller a few years ago as well, among the top 10-12 toughest players to find a card of without regard to variations.

Default National Chicle

I won these 3 National Chicles for what I thought was a great price - less than $40, including premium and shipping.

No baseball, but always wanted an Alcindor rookie and the '55 Thorpe is very tough to find even this close to centered.

Several lots I bid on went over what I wanted to max at. I strangely ended up with a few Parkhurst hockey cards I don't collect but looked neat, lol.

Wanted the Tom Barker Joe Jackson but bowed out at 500 because of the paper loss near his face, I'll wait for another.

I got the midgrade 65 rookie lot. May be a meh to a lot of people but I needed the Hunter and can upgrade my Perez for under $40 and have a spare Joe Morgan that may also be an upgrade.
