Default Cy Young in Arizona

Posted By: Ed Enzmann

I am looking for anything about Cy Young's life AFTER baseball, especially his years owning a hotel in Buckeye, AZ and any baseball he might have played while living there. Can anybody refer me to any books, periodicals, pictures, etc? Thanks.
-Ed

If you are not memeber of SABR (Society for American Baseball Research) you should be. This is exactly the type of info they have or are working on. There si currently a Deadball Era AL bio project going on right now, so info on Cy Young should appear when that is published.

Here is the link to join SABR. $50 is more than worth it in the books and newsletters you get http://sabr.org
