Default T215 1 and 2 Red Cross Catalogues question

Posted By: RC Mckenzie

I recently picked up an sgc 10 T215-2 Ira Thomas. I noticed that it was uncatalogued in the 1999 SCD.

The next most recent SCD that I have is the 2006 which has an excellent example of Ira Thomas as the 'pictured' card, so obviously I don't own the only type 2 Thomas.

My question is... does anyone know if the Type 1's and Type 2's correspond. In other words are the "100 Designs" the same 100 players for both series?

I haven't gone all the way through the 2 lists of catalogued/known cards, but I noticed that the catalogue numbers don't match up player for player for the 2 series. My guess is that all 100 are out there for both series, but are just uncatalogued as of yet. Any help on these series is appreciated . Thanks
