Default T210 Joe Jackson on Ebay!!

Posted By: Tom Hufford

Since this may well end up out of my budget, I'll keep out of the bidding. But it might be a good chance for someone to grab this toughie cheap!!

But hurry, the bidding ends in less than 24 hours.

Tom

I rank the feedback as the least of the problems.

Yes, Paul, I agree. The corners look too sharp on that rookie T210; it's probably trimmed. Perhaps Kevin could take a look.

I emailed the seller asking for a closer scan so I could verify the MLB Hologram in the bottom right and the "Cooperstown Collection" Insignia in the bottom left hand corners. The challenging thing for me is I thought Cooperstown was created after 1910 ?!? Hmmm... Go Figure -

Actually, Cooperstown was "created" long before 1910. The Baseball Hall of Fame however, wasn't created until 1939

Holograms weren't used until the Goudeys. Actually, the first 3D hologram was invented in the 1960s, though holography was invented in the 1940s. The 1940s inventor won the Nobel Prize.

Whoops... Steve, meant to say Cooperstown Collection... Obviously with that word collection in there, I was referring to the Hall... I am aware Cooperstown existed before the Hall did, but since were splitting hairs... Thanks ! This seller should be fined for what I would think is a Top 10 Blunder on Ebay. It is so bad on so many fronts that a flogging is in order !
