It can't be. It's been graded by PSA.

The color is nice but the top border is missing. It is graded by PSA so you have no worries. That card might be an SGC 30

I assume you're talking about top edge and corners. It looks torn away.
Though the seller offers big, clear scans, so bidders can judge for
themselves. The bidders can see what we see and set their bids at a level
they deem fair. Though it might make one wonder about the grading abilities
of a seller who says the card is, of all things, under graded.

Does anyone want to say this looks like a vintage miscut? This is almost, w/o a doubt, - SHORt

"It's, er, a little short."

Reminds me of a construction case I once had. My clients had 95 garages that were supposed to park two cars but if you parked two cars in them you had to flop over the hood to get to the door. We couldn't figure out what was wrong until we laid a tape measure in front of every doorway. Lo and behold, every doorway was a foot or so too narrow to meet code. When I took the defense expert's deposition I asked him about the door measurements. That quote was his succinct and damning response.

This Cobb card looks like it never should have been slabbed given minimum size requirements.
