Any idea what the winning bids were for the mail-in auction? You don't see many lots of 516 T-206's anymore with an opening bid of $33...

And we always ask why and how our little gems have their rounded and well worn corners. It seems as though Flipping was very prevalent back in the day, with all of the sets, not just the ones we usually think of.

It kind of makes me wonder if I have any of the cards that are for sale on these bulletins.With that many cards in the T206 lots,chances are pretty good.Thanks Leon I always enjoy looking these over.

Best one yet-the feature article is fantastic! I like the first mention of Topps cards as well.....and yes, I suspect many on here could own some cards from these very ads. These guys were the first collectors and dealers, so much of their stuff has probably been bought and sold (and preserved) through the decades.
