Default Help identifying 1932 Football Team

Good evening,

One of my coworkers brought in a 1932 team football photo of his grandfather. The football team, according to the family, is a semi-pro squad that played out of the Chicago area. At the time, Alphonse Vasilis, his grandfather, was 23 years old in 1932. Although he does not know that he played college football, that could be the case. His grandfather was born, raised, and passed away in the Chicago region. Any suggestions or assistance would be very valued.
