1921 Schapira Babe Ruth "Portrait" variations poll

Hi, I was curious which of the 2 variations of the Portrait card was scarcer.

If anyone has these cards, can you please post which one you have.

The variation is some of the cards have small arrows pointing at the ball, while the other variation the arrows are missing.


"No Arrows" variation


"W/Arrows" variation (sorry about small scan, arrows pointing down to ball from top corners)

Hi Frank,
I am sure you might remember but I got this one from you. If the one you used for your example is this one then we have that much less of a sample size I think I have seen fewer ones without the arrows but that might only be a gut feeling from owning this ....

I think we emailed back and forth when I had my BVG graded one on eBay, but I've had two, still own one, both are with arrows. Images I found online when doing my own research came up with mostly pics of without arrows. So, its a crapshoot.

I just bought one with no arrows, would be interesting to hear about which one is more rare if any.
