Default Any information on this Ruth & Gehrig item?

I picked up this item recently at a small show....

Inside the box is a scroll containing photos of various people in US history including Presidents, architects, actors, etc. The only other athlete is Lou Gehrig. The scroll was to be turned from the outside and the photos & name could be viewed through the cellophane window.

I did some research online but was unable to find anything. Has anyone ever seen this item before or have any idea how it was to be used (I'm assuming it's part of a game)?

Mike
