T207 size? help w/conflicting info please

I have found different sizes listed on different websites...so I figured I'd go to the experts on the board...what is the correct size for T207 cards? and is it common for these cards to vary from the stated size?

I just bought a handful of raw T207's and they vary in size...so i am trying to get a handle on this since i am new to T207's..thanks for the help!

I have seen 1 1/2 x 2 1/2" and have seen 1 7/16 x 2 5/8"...which one is it? Thanks
