Up for sale today is a very scarce 1996 Legends of Negro Leagues - Effa Manley HOF Rookie Card which has been graded an SGC 96 by the strict graders at Sportscard Guaranty Company, the industry leader in third-party grading. Please review enlarged scans of the front and back of the card for condition details. Here's an article from March 7th 1997 on the set.

Kind of a dumb question but just when was this set produced? Beckett listed it as a 1997 set and the Standard Catalog says 1996 so I'm confused.
