Default Need help with mini bat - Andy Seminick club?

Hi all. I need some help with this one. On Friday, I picked up this little mini wood bat. It’s 3 1/2 inches long & is marked Andy Seminick club. You may recall Seminick as being a Phillie and Red in the 1940’s-50’s.

Anyone familiar with this item or ever heard of the club?

That kind of looks homemade to me. The first Dremel tool came out in 1935…

I agree. Definitely has a homemade look to it. I just wasn’t sure if that was part of a commercial design or if it’s a souvenir someone just made for themselves as a Seminick fan.
