Default What is this Sammy Baugh item?

Got this from a 1930s Washington era scrapbook. This was loose inside of it. Are these common?

James,

I have no idea about the rarity of your item there.
It appears to be a premium from the Hecht Co., which appears to have been a Wash DC area retailer located at the Hecht Company Building, Seventh & F Streets, Northwest, Washington, DC.

Thanks Jeff! Anyone else? Hecht was a department store in the D.C. area for a long time. These aren't in any book that I've seen and searches have yielded nothing. Other football experts? The back is blank and the scrapbook contained baseball signatures from the 1939 season.

Here's the same photo (with the goal post air-brushed out) from a 1937 Redskins program.
