Jeremy,

I've found that many, if not most of the regular members are very generous with their sharing information about the vintage habby, and it's related aspects. This is especially noteworthy, when you consider that by sharing they are educating possible competitors for items they may be wanting to acquire or sell. Kudos to the fine folks here at VBCF.

And fwk is surely in that group.

Bob

When I first discovered latin cards 2 years ago, Ryan and Matt were quick to share their knowledge with me and even pointed me to auctions they otherwise might have won--cheaply--for themselves. There are some good folks on this board. It's a good thing to remember when some of the crowing and chest thumping and insulting gets out of hand.

Thanks for all the good words.

I know there are more knowledgeable people out there for many sets, but I am more of a "type card" collector so try to learn a little about everything out there. I feel I am at my best at identifying oddball stuff and know most of the general info for most vintage baseball card sets and 19th Century tradecards.

Now if I could only keep up with the orders/requests on my website. For those that have wrote in last month...... I will get to the emails in time, I have been taking care of only 10-15 orders a week, but I have a vacation coming up and should get all caught up then.

Frank

I have yet to have a board member not respond to a question asked of them, they may not know the answer (maybe they aren't telling me something ) but I always get a response.

Heck this is the only place where you can talk this stuff and they are interested.

Lee
