dirt cheap--with dirt being the operative term. I once found a worm in my food. Not to mention the nasty waiters. But they did let you bring in booze as long as the bottle was in a paper bag, so I can't complain.

When I wanted good Chinese food, I'd get as far from Chinatown as I could. Either that or head down the side streets away from the tourist drags and look for the hole in the wall places with lots of Chinese families there.
