Default A Common sells for 4.8 times guide, fetches $3005

Posted By: TONY

Last night I bid on a 1955 Felins Franks card in a Kevin Savage Ebay auction.
....SCD ex value is $625......this card was a PSA 5....pop 2.....I bid $1000.......
but card went for $3005........damn that's strong $$
What would a psa 8/9 fetch if they existed?
I sold a lot of 13 cards back in 1983 for around $650 if memory serves me correct & it wasn't a easy sell at that price.....It was the only one's I ever owned & don't recall many being offered lately......Are these cards that scarce?

A simple answer is yes. Felin's are among the rarest of all regional issues and incredibly tough to find in any condition.
