Default Can anyone identify this "card"?

I just picked this one up. I believe I've seen this issue before but i can't seem to remember what it is...

It is from the 1929 R316 Kashin set.

A good set to collect when on a budget. Only a few of the big stars cost much. They made movie star sets too.
