Default 1948/49 Baseball/Football Leaf Wrapper/Pack Question

I have a question regarding the wrapper/pack for the 1948/49 Leaf football and baseball cards.

We know that their is a 1948/49 Leaf All Star Baseball Bubble Gum wrapper/pack that we are certain to find 1948/49 Leaf Baseball cards when you open the pack.

But what about the 1948/49 All Star Pictures Bubble Gum wrapper/pack?

My quick research tells me that both baseball and football cards came in that same wrapper. If that is true, is there any way to distinguish which sport came in the wrapper without opening the pack?

Did Leaf run out of Baseball designated wrappers and instead of making a separate football and baseball wrapper, they used the same wrapper for both baseball and football?

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Thanks again for all your help!!!
