Default Some help here... Real or not?

My father purchased a T206 Chase that graded good from a local dealer at an antique store about a month ago so I decided to stop by to see what else he had. The guy is about 80 something years old and had a ton of cards and sports memorabilia. None of which that has been graded. Basically the guy appears to be pretty reputable, and advertises everything for what it is.

Anyways, I saw this and a few other things and grabbed them right away. I have no doubt that the other cards are real, but I'm not sure about this one. It's a Hans Wagner cigar band that he had advertised as "Hans Wagner cigar wrapper, circa 1915."

Just seeing the pictures online it looks lie the real deal but it's hard to tell. It measures exactly 3 inches, and the paper looks legit.

See the pics:

I also picked up these... an uncut sheet of W580 boxing cards... sort of beat up, but still really nice. A S74 Doc White silk card. A uncut sheet of W512 strip cards with Charlie Chaplin, and I got this from a different dealer but it is a unopened pack of Nebo Cigarettes with a 1910 tax stamp. Any idea about value for these?

Thanks,
Jared

The authentic Wagner cigar labels are very scarce. I believe the design within the image area has embossed dots around image, that would be easy to see (especially on the back) in person...
This one doesnt look to be embossed at all.

I noticed that too but I couldn't tell exactly from the other pictures of ones that sold at auction. Good thing I didn't pay hardly anything for it. Yes, there are no embossed features to this.
