Can anyone identify these guys? They are from a Brewers-heavy group, if that helps.

Top picture bottom is another Jeff Cirillo. It's signed "Jeffrey" instead of Jeff.

I agree on the other responses also.

who cares that's the exact reason why I would never collect autographs in this time period. The autographs are so horrible you can't even make them out you don't even know who they are

I have to say, I'm not seeing this as Dillard. The others on ebay definitely show a D with some L's. Plus, this is on a Budig ball, which I don't think someone would have used for Dillard.
