Default OT Christy Mathewson Ad

Sorry this is OT but thought I could get a better response on this side. I have been changing some of the items in my sports room and was wondering what Net 54 members think of this Christy Mathewson ad. Is there any value to it and is it worth paying to have it matted to put on the wall? All I know is what a member told me that Christy did do ads for Blauvelt Sweaters. Thanks for any response! D.

Default Matty Ad

I collect product ads from the 1910 era and I've seen this one a few times. On ebay it would bring perhaps $20. Paper ads rarely sell for much more than that. Matting and framing is expensive so I'd only do it if you really love that particular ad.

I think it's a neat ad. Regardless of value, it would probably look nice on the wall.
