Default T206 find a few years ago Endicott, NY?

I tried to search the NET54 archives but couldn't find much on a supposed T206 find of cards a couple of years ago in Endicott, New York. Does anyone have details like how many cards were in the find, the provenance/original owners, general conditions of the cards, whether PSA or SGC graded the cards first, etc?

Default My find of the find

Here is what my Net54 search found:

http://www.net54baseball.com/showthr...highlight=find

The thread has a link to another thread, and on that one a member mentions the possibility of Heritage Auctions ending up with the cards in one of their auctions a couple of years back...good luck with your search for info.

Here is a thread mentioning the Heritage auction on November 5, 2015, with T206s from the Endicott, NY find. The auction included a near-set of Sovereign backs plus a Lenox back, a Plank, and a Magie error, but it's not clear if these were part of the Endicott find.

Based on this press release from Heritage, it sounds like the Sovereigns, at least, were part of the Endicott find:

The only card I have from that find is an Art Fletcher with a Cycle 350 back:

Here is the online catalogue from that Heritage auction. Only one lot mentions "Endicott" in the description (lot 10745), but a bunch of the T206s are from the Endicott, NY find, as you can see if you click on the lot numbers and look at the cards. The near-set of Sovereign backs do not have the "Endicott" designation on the flips (at least, the cards they showed do not), nor do the Lenox back or the Plank.

I only have a T206 Billy Campbell Sovereign 350 SGC 30 from that find but I don't have any info from the find.

thank you for the replies and links. my interest is primarily in cards from the find that ended up in 6, 7, and 8 holders. i'm trying to find images of them online, but it doesn't appear the name of the find is mentioned in most auction listings, so finding them has been a challenge. the heritage links are helpful.

I've also been trying to find more info on the Endicott find but have been equally unsuccessful in locating anything definitive about these cards. I have inadvertently collected a few of them and I must say they are some of the more beautiful T206 examples I have come across. They generally have very rich, saturated colors and are all in great condition. I hope someone does come forward with more information.

Here are photos of the five in my collection (sorry for the low quality - I'm not great at photographing my cards):

Is there a T206 Luther "Dummy" Taylor in that Endicott, NY Collection?
