Default WWII Yobas Baseball Team?

Found a bunch of World War II photos in a box and these were in there. The one guy looks like Honus Wagner to me but I'm sure its not him. The guy was from Silver Springs MD I believe. There are other pictures but wanted to see if anyone had ever heard of them or had any info. Thanks !

I found a military address relating to YOBAS in this 1946 book:
https://archive.org/details/improvem.../yobas?q=yobas

In general, google search doesn't bring up anything. There is a Yobas building in Japan, but nothing related to baseball. I even tried to search in Japanese.

Thanks for spending some time on it! I guess I will just assume that it wasnt anything too significant and sell these as a GI Teams during the war.

I was thinking about this thread the other day and had a thought.

At least with the team photo, you can see the stands and there is a soldier? shown there. It might be possible on a military history or military uniforms forum to post that picture, and maybe someone can ID that uniform. Having a place of origin (even a country) would go a long way. Even if you sell these items, you did take their pictures so you could still find out if you wanted.
