Default Stupid SGC Question

Happy Memorial Day, Net54!

I am preparing my first SGC submission this afternoon, and have a dumb question:

Are RPPCs/standard-sized PCs considered oversized (tier)? Or can I submit as standard card?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Aaron
