Default 1912 T202 Hassan triple folder advice

I've been doing some research but nothings coming up, I need to get some answers, I got these cards at an estate sale, fell in love with them, when I starting looking them up I see most of the triple folders are attached together and I've found singles for sale...questions are

1. Send to SGC for grading and incapsulation or do they accept triples like this

2. Are these 3 cards the right combo Terrance Turner Birmanham's Home Run Geo Stovall

My goal is to have the cards graded and then passed down in the family to children

Default If taped

My experience is ... if you send the three cards loosely, they will not grade them (even as authentic). But if they were taped together (not advocating this!), then they would grade them as authentic altered.

Seems crazy to me, but I've seen it happen.

(Actually, this might have been Beckett's now that I think about it ...)

Originally, the cards were meant to be folded (hence the name), so a seperated card is viewed as trimmed or altered. While they do have some value in the hobby, it is minimal compared to a complete card. The Cobb and Mathewson end panels sell for the most. As mentioned, SGC will not grade them. They are still a cool collector's item, and would still be enjoyable to view in their current form. A thread on this subject existed some time ago, and may offer a little more info...
