Hi Barry - Did you go home yet?
The orange color background is the result of red ink laid over the yellow ink as is done on the Wagner card. What happened in cases like this when the intended background color was red? |

Unfortunately I believe you are probably incorrect on the E94 oranges. It is the belief there is a sheet that was made in orange. There are at least a handful of examples of true orange backgrounds, not missing any color run. At least that is what I have always believed. This E92 below is probably missing a pass.
