Default A new find of an E220

It is the micro border version. Let's do a poll. Who thinks this card is trimmed?

Looks like a normal PSA graded card to me with the same high quality standards they have always used.

I voted no just because no was feeling lonely. I have plenty of E220 cards with narrow borders that I do not believe were trimmed (this set has horrendous production value), but I don't think any are perfectly centered with sharp corners. So yes on this card, but quite often no on others that look small.

Contrarian!
There is no doubt whatsoever that the E220s had horrible cuts. But none you will find have all of the borders that small. (that aren't fraudulently trimmed).

Maybe PSA forgot to add the "Hand Cut" designation Still a beautiful card though.

How can anyone question PSA's knowledge? It's an obvious hack job on the E220. How did this one get a hand cut designation?

Notwithstanding the thick borders on an often thicker-bordered card, look at the dog ears on the upper left and lower right corners. There are multiple indicators on this card that it has been altered.

And I love that the Zeenut with Coupon gets the hand cut designation. PSA sure knows there stuff. Glad they exist so nobody ever gets cheated

Well you can see right on the bottom it says it was "cut here." Otherwise they might have missed that.

We had a thread last year on this same card when it was posted, and everyone agreed it was trimmed then too.

I won this exact card in a Goodwin auction lot in 2014 - this card was not pictured as part of the lot. I returned the lot immediately when I saw this sham of a 7. So the card has been kicking around for a while, and I assume it will continue to do so, since no one wants the hit of having it reslabbed with the Scarlet 'A'.

There are things that highly skilled artisans might be able to understandably slip by a grader. This however is a blatant miss by a country mile. Never Get Cheated.

Kinda begs the question why someone doesn't invoke the guarantee on it.

I take it back...I guess I do have some that have sharp corners, and with a little bit of skilled effort on my behalf most of these could be centered too. Perhaps it is time to submit to my new favorite E220 TPG company.

Default Not trimmed? Who might ye be?

If any of the 3 folks who think the card in the first post isn't trimmed, would care to give their reasoning, I think it would be very interesting to say the least.
