Default in case this fake N28 clarkson..........

hasn't been outed - here it be. As if the current inserts from major companies can't easily be toyed with. The unwitting buyer feels an implicit safety net...... In any event - not that the savy people here would be duped - I offer it as food for thought. Looks bad to me. The reverse looks to be printed in black (real ones are blue) while the front looks as if it was washed with something to induce toning. I would ask for more detailed scans. Either Topps screwed up or someone is using one of their insert holders to try and pass off a fake.

Hi-
I also believe that Topps made it known it would not be inserting buy back baseball cards into that product. I remember inquiring at my local card shop because I would have bought a few packs (or even a box) if there was a chance of getting one of the baseball players. The dealer told me that Topps never inserted the baseball cards, only flowers and actresses. Obviously, this is a fake, but if someone knows for sure one way or the other regarding my post, the fact that this cannot possibly exist should help to win over Ebay/ the buyer, unless of course they already know.

Well it may not be real, but he has lowered the price since his Sept 4th auction by $100. Better snap it up now before he lowers it again (you don't want a cheap fake, do you?)
