Default Eye Candy -- E Cards

Some of the rarest HOF and other player cards out there are E cards. These cards offer some unique images while other images are found in multiple E sets. Years back, I put the E103 Williams Caramel set (all but 2 cards) together and it gave me a real appreciation for how tough some cards (Wood and Tenney) could be. Let's see you E cards in any color variation or grade. Like the fall here in Vermont, hoping to see some brilliant colors in this thread!

Patrick, that is one really sharp Mclean! I know I've shown these a lot, but here is a colorful back run and colorful front run.

Default A card of a different color

Ethan,

I have a few catchers in my collection.

Here is another E card favorite I picked up several years ago on eBay...Handsome Harry Bemis E92 ...missing at least one or two color passes!

Default E cards

What could be better than candy and baseball cards? Collecting in the 1910's must have been fun.

Bryan, nice Croft's Matty. That's such a cool pose and back combo.

I don't have many E's.

Ryan that 1914 CJ Jackson is a dream card. It is really perfect with the caramel stains. I am partial to seeing stains on all these cards. Great stuff guys!

E-cards can sometimes display some fantastically colored sunsets. All of these are from the E90-1 American Caramel set.

Yea, PSA is really a top notch outfit. It’s one thing they can’t detect clear alterations. But it’s another that the geniuses employed by that clown farm can’t even label an $8k card correctly.

With Honus's big hands, he was practically 'throwing' the bat at the pitched ball.

This is exactly the thought processes that occurred at the PSA grading table when they decided how to label this card.
