You have my correct email. Thank you both for the heads up. I have sent notification to eBay. The last time they stopped the auctions after about five days.

Below is the message that I received from eBay

Dear eBay Member,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to the cards on the site that have
the same serial numbers as your cards.

I would like to assure you that we have removed the questionable
listings from our site. Although I can't give you the details of the
resolution due the eBay Privacy Policy, I can provide some background
information on the actions we take in these cases.

If a member violates eBay's listing policies, we could do one of the
following:

- Issue a formal warning
- End the violating listing
- Move the listings to a more appropriate category
- Suspend the user's account temporarily or indefinitely.

For more information on our listing guidelines, go to:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidence/items-policies.html

We thank you in advance for your cooperation, and wish you luck with
your future eBay transactions.

Sincerely,

Bernadette
eBay Customer Support

Marty, to prevent this from happening again, i'd suggest marking your scans with some type of watermark.
