Default How do you tell 1959 reprints from the real deal?

So here's a reprint.

And here's the real thing.

With some issues there are giveaways; real Goudeys often have ink transfer on the back, fake ones (in my admittedly limited experience) don't, that sort of thing. But besides the PSA holder on the real card, how do you tell these apart?

With internet pictures it can be hard. In hand it is usually very easy. Card stock and print patterns are different on reprints.

I recommend getting a cheap known real card from the same year and use a 10-20X loupe and get used to what the print pattern looks like. I also use a high end dial caliper to measure card thickness.
