Default $500 ?

What am I missing here ?
Most of these cards in their condition are not even valued at $500

I thought this was supposed to be cards for sale for 500 bucks, that are actually worth at LEAST $500

I don't care if they quadruple their money as long as I feel I am getting a good deal. I am told, by OJ experts smarter than I, that this one probably wasn't trimmed in the same manner as we think of in nefarious trimming. $500 $475 delivered.....not quite a 100% mark up LOL.....

I think those that had a good deal at 500 already offered. What would the board think it we had another thread sell your card for 1,000! Too high? Or would that invite more cards on the value spectrum to be offered?

While I have not yet parted with my $500 (probably would have on the Koufax) I enjoy this thread. Sure there are a few pffffftttts. But it's always neat to see what is being offered.

In Stephens defense, $400 is close to $500 and those cards are only a few decades from being in the right section.

This T216 Kotton - McGraw is guaranteed to receive a numerical grade from PSA, SGC, and BVG. I assume the stain at the top of this card is from tobacco.

I think it's important to have what interests your audience. Since I can't see me doing the brand new cards this is the best I can do for the local shows. And, truth be known, it's the roots of me getting back into the hobby anyway. I started back into it doing rookie card HOF'ers....

Without further ado, here is one I would sell for 500 plus whatever shipping/insurance you want....

I'd love to see it get going again too! It'll get action and get going if people will post cards which are worth at least somewhere in the neighborhood of $500. I haven't re-visited the old posts now, but I feel like I remember a lot of $250 - $300 cards being generously offered up for $500. Make a fair offer and your card will sell!

BTW - love that Ten Million just offered - may strike depending on how Heritage works out!

First one to say I will take a card gets it. That trumps all negotiations. Everything has a time stamp....this thread, pm's and emails. So that is what will be looked at if there is a question.

This card comes with USPS 1st w/ class tracking included. Anything else is extra and must be specified.

** Apparently I can't read today. So am changing to this card (not for sale here any longer)..

Default Any interest in the rarely seen

Ray Dandridge Acebo. This one is super clean with a great image.... you barely notice the staple mark on the left hand side of the border.

Default W600 Lou Criger Sporting Life Cabinet

I have a W600 Lou Criger Sporting Life Cabinet that I am looking to sell for $500.00.

Payment by United States Postal Money Order please. Will ship with insurance as part of the purchase price.

It presents well even with the small hole punches at the corners.

Light staining on the front. Staining and pencil writing on the back.

This was part of a large group of W600s auctioned by Saco River Auctions in November of 2018.

If interested or if you have any more questions feel free to email me at:

vintagecatcher@myfairpoint.net.

Default DiMaggio Rookie 1936 R311 With Lazzeri & Crosetti

Nice eye appeal raw example. Light bend at lower left corner (virtually unnoticeable from the front) and small spot of paper loss at upper left (next to spectator's hand).
