Default Help to identify Yankees mini-pennants

Can anyone out there let me know the origins and years of the following New York Yankees mini pennants? I can't find any information on either pennant. Any help would be appreciated

Default mini pennant

The top one could be a 1936-8 bf3 pennant, although it might be a little too large to qualify. It still is probably from the late thirties. The lower one is a Leader candy company pennant from the 40s. Below is a picture of a group of these pennants and the box they came in.
